I woke up from a dream where i was getting jacked. I could feel the panic set in all around me, my chest trying to contain my jumping/racing heart, my mind racing trying to figure out what to do.  I had to force myself to wake up and now out of fear/racing thoughts/and the sound of scary wind I cannot go back to sleep. thats just great….just great…..pffft.
